Squats
Points to consider
- Weird wobble at the bottom of the 5th rep in the 4th set. no pain, but didn't look right.

Bench press
Points to consider
- In set 4, I was able to raise my chest more effectively and consistently
- The last rep in set 1, for some reason I paused just above my chest and the bottom and then had to really press hard to get the bar moving up. Ooops
- Sometimes I can still feel my wrists not staying directly under the bar which produces some poor balance
Barbell row
Points to consider
- I don't think my back was level enough on the first set. Better on 4th
- Still have doubts/concerns about the manner in which I lower the bar. I always need a few seconds on the ground to reset.
