  • rests min: 4, 4, 4, 5

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 100lb
  • rests min: 3, 4, 5, 5
  • This was quite difficult to finish. I don't think I could do 5x5 @ 105lb next time, but maybe 2x5 @ 105 and then 3x5 @ 100.

Forgot my harness and I'll be climbing tonight so I didn't do weighted pullups. Will do them next time.
