Squats
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 255lb
- Felt a bit anxious but finished without drama
- didn't rebound as smoothly as I would have liked. Due to inhibited descent/intimidation?
- Sometimes I get pulled into looking at the mirror as I come up. Don't make that a habit
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 110lb
- successful reps: 3
- Felt OK on first rep, but I just don't have the strength to do 5 right now.
- Time to get in more volume at slightly lower weight and build stronger foundation
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 310lb
- Got it this time! No video due to crowds in gym area :\
- Hook grip with 3 fingers over thumb, not just 2, felt more secure
- Upper back rounding an issue to be addressed?
