Squats

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 220lb with 4 to 6 min rests
  • Used a belt for all work sets. Also did 3 reps at 225lb afterwards just to see how it felt. Felt good.

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 85lb with 2/3 min rests
  • Afterwards, did 3 at 95lb and then 2 at 105lb

Powerclean

Points to consider

  • 5x3 @ 135lb
  • Had a couple of failed reps sprinkled thru the sets due to inconsistent form
