Planned to take a lighter day, but I didn't respect that and ended up playing with some heavier weights after my lighter work sets on squats and press. Need to not make this a habit as it doesn't actually provide a recovery day

- 3x5 @ 185lb with 2 min rests
- Then did 1 @ 205, 1 @ 225 and 3 @ 235lb
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 3x5 @ 90lb with 2/3 min rests
- Following the 3x5, I did 2 @ 100lb and then 3 at 105lb to remind myself how that weight feels. Went well
Pullups
Points to consider
- 3x7 @ +15lb with 3/4 min rests
- Not too hard
