Didn't feel tired upon entering the gym, but my squat output was pretty awful so I guess that I was more tired than I realized.
Squats
Points to consider
- 180lb for 5x5 with 5 minute rests
- successful reps: 5, 4, 3, 3, 2
- I never felt like I was moving confidently or had power to push
- Don't jump from 155lb for reps to 180lb in the future. 180 is still too close to my limit for that to work. Though I did 175 for 5x5 recently and that felt OK so maybe today was just shit
Bench press
Points to consider
- 5x5 @ 135lb with 5 min rests; tough but not terrible
- Form continues to feel like it's improving and the movements are becoming more fluid
Barbell row
Points to consider
- 5x5 @ 140lb
- Felt pretty easy
