(12-12-16) The following 4 days after this workout I was sick so, aside from form issues, I assume that the lack of power was a result of my body already dealing with being sick.
Squats
Points to consider
- 160lb for 5x10 with 5 rests
- successful reps: 8, 7, 6, 5, 4
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 5x10 @ 70lb with 5 min rests
- successful reps: 7, 8, 8, 8, 7
- No vids. Form felt OK, but I just didn't have the power/endurance required to hit 10
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 225lb
- Hips are coming up too soon on nearly every rep and I could feel the strain on my lower back :\

- Try to get a vid from the side next time to see where bar sits relative to scapulas at start
