  • 1x3 @ 115lb; 3x5 @ 105lb with 4 min rests
  • Volume reduced a bit, but added a first press at higher intensity

Deadlift

  • Still working on keeping back in better extension; work in progress continues
  • 2x3 @ 295lb; Only did 2 reps in first set
