Neck still a bit sore/still but no increase in pain during the workout. Didn't sleep well the night before and felt a bit tired, but still managed to get thru the workout.
(edit 10-29-16) Neck did feel worse later in the day and continued to affect my ability (amongst other distractions) to sleep
