Lower back feeling fine, but neck was sore after falling asleep with headphones on and waking up with pain on my left side :\

Squats

Points to consider

  • Was a bit
  • 4/5 min rests.
  • Exacerbated neck pain, quite uncomfortable by the end of the sets

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 4, 4, 4, 4, 4
  • Legs were a bit tired after the squat and I had difficulty not having them become shaky late in the sets

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • Kept hips a bit higher and felt less strain on my lower back
