Lower back feeling fine, but neck was sore after falling asleep with headphones on and waking up with pain on my left side :\
Squats

- 4/5 min rests.
- Exacerbated neck pain, quite uncomfortable by the end of the sets
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 5 min rests
- Successful reps: 4, 4, 4, 4, 4
- Legs were a bit tired after the squat and I had difficulty not having them become shaky late in the sets
Deadlift

- Kept hips a bit higher and felt less strain on my lower back
