Squats

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 195lb with 5 min rests

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 95lb with 5 min rests
  • Tried doing 3 reps in one breadth. Sometimes felt good, but could also make gasp a bit after the 3rd rep.
  • Pushed hard on the 5th set to the point that I was worried about straining something in my neck again. Thankfully didn't happen. Continuing to explore the boundaries of pushing hard but not being too sloppy

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 235lb
  • I continue to have a lack of confidence over my form being safe on my lower back and effecient
  • Only did 3 reps. Wrist didn't feel great and I was concerned that I was putting too much strain on my lower back.
