  • 5x1 @ 225lb
  • 2x1 @ 255lb
  • 1 @ 275lb; failed going for 2. Suprised I failed on 2 as the first felt decent

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 3x5+ @ 90lb; first 2 sets were cleaned from the floor. 1min rests between.
  • successful reps: 5, 5, 9
  • 3 min rest before the final amrap. Got 9 reps :\ I was expecting to be able to hit more, but now I have a better understanding of my current capabilities.
