  • 1x5 @ 110lb, 2x5 @ 105lb with 5min rests
  • successful reps: 4, 5, 5

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 325lb
  • Looked a bit farther into the distance in an attempt to prevent my neck from making excessive momement when I begin to pull. I think I was successful, but next time I'll get a side video for a more accurate comparison.
