Came to find that I was more tired than I had expected. My legs felt tired from yesterday's hike and my chest/shoulders were still a bit tired from the bench pressing and yesterday's climbing.

Overhead press
Points to consider
- No vids this time. Also just too tired and should have taken a rest day
- Didn't fully finish any set. Completed: 4, 3, 3, 2, 4 with 5min rests
- Sometimes my grip isn't right; try to be more consistent about low palm grip
- Make sure elbows are not flaring at the start of the press AND pay attention to elbows facing forward-ish when returning the bar down.
Deadlift
Points to consider
- No vids
- Reduced weight to 145lb to work on form
- More concentration on engaging the hamstrings and glutes before pull helped to keep weight from feeling concentrated on my lower back
