- Raise the chest and pull shoulders back more at the bottom.
- My head looks like it's moving pretty far forward. I'm not feeling any pain, but is that motion right? How can I adjust if needed?
- When pushing up, think more about pivoting the whole torso and not just neck and up. Move the hips forward a little at the bottom and then back a little as the bar passes over my head.
