Questions and areas for improvement
- Hit my head on the bar when moving under to setup: obviously don't do that! Hurts and makes me look dumbber than needed.
- Use a wider stance?
- Try to push hips farther back and back at a more acute angle relative to the floor?
Had the intention of doing a free weight workout later in the day, but due to poor sleep last night I was too tired and delayed the free weights until the next day.
