Goals
- Take it easy on my lower back which still feels a bit vulnerable
- Continue to experiment with back angle at the bottom and speed of ascent/descent.
Points to consider
- Back is still a little sore. Not bad and getting better, but I notice it after the workout. Reduce the working set weight again next time and see if the pain stays away.

A good height for the bar hooks
Points to consider
- The weight didn't feel too heavy, but I'm finally starting to be challenged
- As seen in the front vid, it appears that my right arm may not be locking out at the top and there is still some asymmetry in the exercise.
- I continue to try to be more consistent about the spot the bar touches my chest, but it still varies quite a bit.
