- 3x5 @ 230lb with 5/6 min rests
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 3x5 @ 105lb with 5, 9 min rests
- Almost didn't complete the 2nd set when the bar grazed my chin on the last rep and my body shook for a moment. Had to grind to finish. Then after a long rest, I got the 3rd set without as much trouble.
Powerclean
Points to consider
- 5x3 @ 135lb
- Still trying to become more consistent in executing
- Flexing triceps to prevent elbows from bending and really concentrating on hip thrust and shoulder shrug combined to make racking the bar feel much easier when timed right
