Squats

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 215lb with 4 min rests
  • successful reps: 5, 5, 5
  • I felt a bit nervous to be under this weight again, as I started to feel so comfortable at 205, but coordination and bar speed was decent

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 3x5 @ 100lb with 5 min rests
  • Again felt nervous and my form (balance, cadence and bar path) did not feel well controlled. Glad to get back to this weight and hopefully next time I'll feel more relaxed
  • Successful reps: 5, 5, 3

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 275lb
  • Felt pretty good. Want to make sure that I keep my upper back tight throughout
