Slept poorly due to some type of pain in my gums behind a wisdom tooth: shit, time to see a dentist. Instead of pushing thru fatigue and doing a workout, I went for a 20min slow jog and stretched. During the process I realized how I had somehow replaced jogging with sprint intervals and the sprint intervals are ass kicking. So ass kicking that I had skipped them due to lack of motivation and fatigue following other workouts. Jogging however felt nice and refreshing. Time to bring that back into the line-up. Not to replace sprint intervals, but to encourage cardio that I don't have to suffer thru.
