First session after travel, being sick and ultimately taking off 2 weeks.
Next day update: Not too sore. Adductors feel it a bit as does the upper back but really not bad
Squats

- Hmm, how sore will I feel tomorrow?
- 5x5+ @ 165lb with 2/3 min rests; 4 min rest before amrap
- Got 12 on the amrap. I was breathing pretty hard. Could have done more, but I didn't want to push too much on my first session back
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 5x5+ @ 80lb with 2/3 min rests and 5 min rest before amrap
- 10 reps on amrap. Could have done 1 or maybe 2 more, but again I didn't want to overextend too soon.
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 255lb ; thought I would do up to 7 reps, but it felt hard enough that I called it at 5
