Overhead press

  • 3x5+ @ 90lb with 5 min rests
  • Successful reps: 5, 5, 7

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 285lb
  • Tried the hook grip, but I'm not quite locking it in yet as can be seen when I have to reset my grip for the 5th rep. Actually went with double overhand at end
