Felt tired at start and probably should have used this as a rest day. Instead I did a lighter set of squats to practice not bouncing knees forward at the bottom by not going too deep and relaxing, a pretty tough overhead press set and another attempt at deadlifting 275 which did not go well :\

- 3x5 @ 185lb with 4 min rests
Overhead press
Points to consider
- 3x5 @ 95lb with 5 min rests
- Sets 1 and 3 had tough grinds for the last rep, but set 2 felt much more controlled. Getting a little bit more comfortable with the hip thrust timing
- Feel like I need to actively remember pull my hips back after the initial thrust to really get under the bar instead of leaving the hips floating in front
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x5 @ 275lb
- Was too tired to give this an honest try so I stopped after 2 reps since I felt so tired that I was worried my resulting poor form would lead to injury
