Lower back was a bit sore yesterday so I decided to scale back a bit today

Overhead press

- 5x5+ @ 85lb with 5 min rests
- Successful reps: 5, 5, 5, 5, 9
Deadlift
Points to consider
- 1x7 @ 225lb
- Tried to go until form/grip started to wane. Got 7, i think
