Switched to 3x5 instead of 5x5 during the week when time is tight

- looking at this video highlights some wrist positioning that I may want to change. For a long time, my wrists have been in flexion on the bar rather than extension. Try a more narrow grip, keep all fingers touching the bar (thumb can float high), elbows will stay lower and the bar will be more stable as it rests on the posterior delts and the 'slightly' flexed wrists push it into that muscle?
Overhead press

- 3x5 @ 100lb with 5/6 min rests
- Successful reps: 5, 4, 4
- Felt very tough today. Even the first set was hard. Time to deload to 90lb next session
Deadlift
