Switched to 3x5 instead of 5x5 during the week when time is tight

- I meant to bump up to 180lb, but got distracted talking to someone and ended up with 175
- Form felt good and weight didn't feel too tough
Bench press
Points to consider
- 3x5 @ 145lb with 5 min rests
- Successful reps: 4, 3, 3
- I didn't feel as much control as I would have liked. I'll do one more attempt at 150 and then deload to 135, if I don't complete 150.
Barbell row

- 3x5 @ 140lb with 3 min rests
- Felt ok on R wrist and overall form felt ok
