  • 3x5 @ 205lb; with 1 minute rests

Bench press

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 125lb; Felt too hard to restart here so I only did 3 rep and then deloaded
  • 2x5 @ 115lb; with 3 minute rests

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 275lb
  • Beltless, but used belt. Felt very controlled and not very hard
