Started workout around 7:30am. Lighter squats since it has been 1 week since my last workout and I don't want to feel excessively sore tomorrow.
Squats
Points to consider
- 3 min rests. felt ok.
- Balance felt pretty decent today
Overhead press
Points to consider
- Successful reps: 4, 4, 3, 3, 3
- Had a tough time feeling coordinated for the first couple of sets
- Still experimenting with how to hold and position my neck during the exercise
Deadlift

- Still feel like I'm not doing this quite right and not getting enough force from my legs/glutes
