- To work on preventing hips from rising at start, get upper body tight and also make sure hips and hamstrings are tight before the start of the pull
- 1x5 @ 325lb
- Hips were rising early and back was rounding :\ Too tired from volume of squats and OHP to keep the form together or is the problem more general than that?
