Squats

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 155lb with 2/3 min rests
  • No videos, but the sets felt balanced and well controlled

Overhead press

Points to consider

  • 5x5 @ 85lb with 4/5 min rests

Deadlift

Points to consider

  • 1x5 @ 215lb
  • Felt pretty easy, but my hips still seem to rise first. Make sure there's no slack in arms at start of lift and hips are not too low
